"Very large hotel. Nice enough rooms that are modern and clean. There was some confusion regarding our room not being ready when we arrived (6pm, so I would expect it to have been ready for a couple of hours) we were initially offered a different room type that we did not want (2 separate adjoining rooms instead of 2x double beds in one room). However, it was sorted out within 10 minutes. The room didn’t seem 100% ready when we got there. But it was good enough. The breakfast room was very busy and the staff inside (other than the man at the door who welcomed us) were not particularly polite or welcoming. Other than these minor gripes it was a good stay. The area felt comfortable enough to walk around. There are several places nearby to get food and drink and this is one of the very few hotels in London where it is possible for a family of four to all sleep the same room using 2 double beds, without anyone needing to use a flimsy sofa bed. "

"A great hotel out of all the chaos of central london. This was great for us and there were two major tube stations nearby for easy access to all the touristy things. We did a hop on hop off bus one day as well an the stop to hop on was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel was very clean, but i would have liked more towels in the room to start as we had two people booked in a family room and there was only 1 towel. Easy enough to ask for more, though. We were also able to store our luggage on arroval day so we could get right to exploring. "
