"Property looked fine from exterior, but inside was a different story. Crown moulding peeling off walls, paint peeling off walls, stained carpets. No body wash or hair conditioner in bathroom. Toilet seat was disgusting, was delaminating and peeling was not bolted down properly. Pool and spa was murky and dirty with ALOT of paint chips from concrete floating around which covered everyones body. Homeless and drug addicts camping in parking lot. Not enough parking on site for all guests, many had to park down street in residential area away from hotel. Complimentary breakfast was inedible garbage. Staff were friendly"

"There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the bathroom walls were sticky, there were cigarette butts all over the back patio, and there was homeless and meth heads all over the property and surrounding areas. The room was fairly clean, however. I stayed there about three nights, and it was just me and my teenage son. This didn’t seem like a very family friendly environment, also the end was sold out on a couple nights and there was no parking so I had to park in the electric car charging areas. It’s interesting because the normal parking was packed, but there was no one parked at these charging stations and the management allowed me to park there since the outlining areas were covered in homeless convergences. "

"Pretty basic room if you just need a place to sleep. No iron in room. Bring earplugs cuz A/C is loud. Probably would not stay there again. "

"Pros: Fabulous oceanfront views; excellent location within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops; clean and modern property; friendly staff; lovely pool. Would definitely stay here again. Cons: Room service was overpriced and sub par. Valet parking is unnecessarily expensive."
