"Filthy room. There was a “personal pleasure’ toy in the bed and visibly dirty sheets. The office staff would not switch our room or couldn’t offer housekeeping to change out the bedding. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle instead because who wants to sleep in a strangers body fluid and dirt? We went to a different hotel. "

"AC was a little loud, and seemed like it didn't cool the room as quick as it should have. "

"Beyond gross , the sheets smells used. Our deadbolt was broken and the manager said they couldn’t move us because they were sold out . We looked online for a room and that was a lie. We didn’t make a huge deal about it we decided to tough it out over night. In the morning we woke up to massive cockroaches on the walls !!!! Manager refused to refund !!!!"

"There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the bathroom walls were sticky, there were cigarette butts all over the back patio, and there was homeless and meth heads all over the property and surrounding areas. The room was fairly clean, however. I stayed there about three nights, and it was just me and my teenage son. This didn’t seem like a very family friendly environment, also the end was sold out on a couple nights and there was no parking so I had to park in the electric car charging areas. It’s interesting because the normal parking was packed, but there was no one parked at these charging stations and the management allowed me to park there since the outlining areas were covered in homeless convergences. "
