"Arrived around 6pm. Check in was very uninformative. Basically handed me the key and said have a nice day. No explanation of where anything was. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Not a lot of options. The beds were comfortable. Our floor was quiet and peaceful. I stayed on a weekend when prices were inflated and paid over $250 for one night and the value just did not deliver. I wouldn’t stay here again."

" We booked and fully paid for our hotel stay for May 8–10, traveling all the way from California to Indianapolis for our children’s graduation — an important and emotional family event. Due to unavoidable travel delays, we arrived at the hotel around 4:00 AM only to be told that our reserved and prepaid rooms had been given away to other guests. Imagine arriving in a different state in the middle of the night, exhausted after travel, with family members and no place to stay despite having confirmed reservations. It was devastating. The front desk staff that night were apologetic and told us a manager would contact us. No one did until the following Monday, when a voicemail was finally left asking me to call back and speak with either the manager or another manager named Kevin. When I returned the call and spoke with Kevin, the experience became even worse than the original booking failure. Rather than showing empathy or professionalism, he spoke in an aggressive and condescending manner. He repeatedly interrupted me, spoke to me as if I were being disciplined, and stated that I could “only talk when asked.” He then claimed that the hotel’s system “resets at 2 AM” and implied that if I had not called ahead, losing our rooms was somehow not the hotel’s responsibility. As I calmly tried to explain the situation and the impact this had on our family trip, Kevin cut me off and threatened to hang up if I continued speaking. "The bed was comfortable but the hotel was a hot mess. Waited over an hour for Valet parking with six cars in front of us, went for Morgan Wallen but tired to check in before… check in was at 4pm but our room wasn’t ready until almost 8pm. In the morning we waited almost 30 minutes for a bagel that they lost track off at the cafe. For how much month we paid for this room it was just a joke. You can’t tell me they don’t have major events every weekend being this close to Lucas Oil. "

"Computers were down, no key cards available and long lines to check in. We waited a hour. The poor lady working was doing her best….she needed support and staff to help her. I booked 2 king rooms, I was given queens. Check in was late and checkout time for previous people was 12….how are the rooms not cleaned and ready? You need more help for the poor lady at check in. People were not kind to her, and it wasn’t her fault. My party was kind and thankful, but unfortunately most were not."
