"Horrible check in . Long lines and didn’t receive a key card until 11 pm due to the system being down. Been staying in hotels for 30 years and never not been able to receive a key card at check in . Had to ask hotel staff to let you in and out of your room . Old, dirty , and understaffed property."

"Atay was wonderful. Getting there was horrible! Construction and parking in and out needs to be better. Waiting over an hour to get in is unacceptable! "

"The rooms were not well maintained and appeared to have unrepaired water damage on the walls. The room also had an old, musty smell. Overall, it seems this location is overdue for interior renovations.Additionally, the appliances and bedding appear outdated and in need of replacement."

"Room was clean and ready at check-in with fresh popcorn in the lobby and warm breakfast in the morning. Hotel staff was super friendly and welcoming."

"BEWARE!! The parking on the lower level was not only sketchy and nasty it had a substance leaking from ceiling. But this morning once we get home the vehicle has milking drip/runs all over it. They will not was off!! The car is only a week old, brand new 2026! Im thinking oxidized water or a watered down paint of some sort. Have to call my dealership to see if my warranty covers this. We did mention the state of the parking area but was just told it was old. "
