"Spacious hotel in a quiet neighborhood and reasonable priced. That is the positive. However, the rooms were dusty, there was lack of utensils, dish soap but no sponge, washer had no dryer function, no front desk service and everything just looked dated."

Only complaint is they are a little low to the ground, but the only person who had a problem with that was my parents. Other than that this property is so beautiful and quiet and low key, my favorite place to stay thank you all in Kyoto!!"
