"Great hotel, loved the area as it was quiet and away from the crowds, but close enough for the grocery stores and eateries. The room itself was amazing and the bathroom was gorgeous. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again if I come back to Kyoto. "

"Really nice clean ryokan in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. Has everything you need. Walking distance to restaurants and the train station. It was great to experience this style of accommodation. Felt like we were really immersed in the local area and very different to the hotel experience. "
