"An employee is only on duty about five hours a day, starting in the morning. The Expedia listing says someone is there 10 AM to 10 PM. It is a keyless entry system requiring inputting a personal code at four different doors to gain access to your room. None of that is explained before booking the room. On two different nights, my code did not work on one of the exterior doors. I WhatApp texted their virtual employee who had someone call me to get me in. The next night it happened again. Someone responded within a minute that someone would be helping me. I texted for help twice more in the next 47 minutes for help before I got a reply. And then it was another hour and and a half (12:36 AM) before someone texted me a resolution. Fortunately other travelers came through who had had the same problem and they had been given a special code to get access and I got in with them. Having no one at the property beyond their five hours in the morning, and a keyless system did NOT work for me. There was also a safety light for the step in the room that was motion activated and it would light up the room like a floodlight even if I rolled over in bed. That was very annoying. The room was clean, the location was good. And I would not stay here again."
