"Location is convenient, but NOT SAFE at all. Despite the fact that a lot of police and Army ( after 6 p.m.) are monitoring Termini, a lot of very dangerous people are walking around, getting into groups, screaming, etc. One night it was a fight right under hotel windows. Breakfast was mediocre. It was not hot water in the hotel not in the evening or morning. We let front desk know, they agreed that other people were reported the same, but nothing change at the next day. Bath tub is so high that to get there was very difficult."

"The pool and spa area was absolutely amazing and the reason I booked this hotel. We will definitely return, if we can come to Rome again. It was the highlight of our trip to be able to relax after a long day walking around the city. Great water pressure and amazing desk staff."

"Room was Clean. Staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was a big spread but just okay. Outside street noise is very loud and the rooms gets very warm so you have to have your window open to cool them off."

"This hotel is 150 years old and you can see the splendor it must have had way back in the marble stairs, columns and some hotel paintings on each floor. The location is excellent and the breakfast outstanding."

"Excellent short stay in Rome. They gave us complementary drinks at the café and rooftop bar, as well as early check in. They also upgraded our room for no cost- so overall excellent stay. The breakfast was also exceptional, even though you do have to pay about €15 per person but it was well worth it. "
