"Overall, hotel is quite dated, the bathrooms were refurbished and actually really nice! Unfortunately our room was filled with Asian bugs (ladybugs) which wasn’t nice! Unfortunately they charge you for everything, including coffee downstairs, they charge you to reserve a spot to use facilities and also charge for water as well! For the price we paid during December it was quite expensive"

Climatisation bruyante pour la nuit, mobilier abßmé et peinture écaillée, petite télévision environ 70 cm et de plus non centrée avec le lit. Pour 21 euros, le petit déjeuner est banale et pauvre en choix, bref un hÎtel à ne pas recommander qui merite à peine 1 étoile..."

"Fabulous staff, comfortable beds, clean and quiet. Tram stop is right outside the hotel for a quick 10 minute ride to old town where all the Christmas markets are. Wonderful breakfast buffet and convenient luggage storage if needed. Would definitely stay here again! "

"I like that I was close to public transport (Tram at LycĂ©e KlĂ©ber) to get to and from the Christmas Markets (of which there were 5!). I always enjoy the free breakfast and the amenities (hygiene products and the carafe for water). It was a bonus to have dinner there too, but one of the dinner menu dishes was not to my liking. The kind waitress didn’t charge me for it since I took one bite!"
