"Je suis navrée de devoir mettre une note aussi basse mais j'ai vraiment été déçue du début à la fin de mon séjour... Tout d'abord, le logement devait avoir un restaurant, en réalité il n'en est rien, même s'il y a effectivement des restaurants juste à côté car on est dans le centre ville. 10/10 Excellent

"Excellent base to explore Reims and Champagne district. Near train station and many eating places/cafes. Walking distance to Cathedral and museum. Staff very helpful with taxis, transport, restaurants and champagne houses. Large public underground car park available, entrance is directly in front of hotel but care needed to navigate for a larger vehicle, due to concrete pillars. Bar and restaurant a little small but good atmosphere and met our needs. Would highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Reims."

"The space/amenities in the room were great but not the cleanest. There was also no air conditioning or even a fan and no screens on the windows so having them open left the room covered in bugs. The location was central but did not appear the safest. Also, it stated there was a car park but staff said only on street parking."

"The location of this hotel is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even allowed us to drop off our baggage early before check-in, which we really appreciated. While the room was clean, it does need some attention. There were noticeable beverage stains on the walls opposite the beds, and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose. The room lighting also needs a rethink: there are no diffusers on the bulbs, making them uncomfortably bright, and the master switch controls everything, meaning it’s a "lights all on or all off" situation. Lastly, the in-room safe required a physical key that was not provided. A good stay overall, but fixing these maintenance issues would greatly improve the experience."

"Pros: comfortable bed, hot shower, very nice reception staff, good location near train station and historic part of town, good pricing, was offered free coffee because of my complaints Cons: housekeeping didn’t leave enough towels, looks like didn’t clean the shower either, safe stopped working and they didn’t change the battery while we were there. They nicely provide lemon water and popcorn in the lobby, but lemon water was bitter and popcorn machine looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months."

"We had a three day break in Reims staying at this hotel. The location was quiet and only a couple of minutes walking distance from the city centre.The room was quiet and comfortable, unfortunately the bath had a few hairs in it on arrival, although nothing terrible. The toilet lids - please get soft close lids ! Towels and bedding were spotless. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel had parking in a garage, for a fee, which was good. It felt like the vehicle was safe overnight. The location was good, just a short walk to downtown. It was located near the highway so a bit on the noisier side if you opened the windows. The breakfast options were ok, I appreciated having some non dairy options for yogurt and milk. We had issue with our room key cards when we first arrived, we had to get them redone. The fan also wasn’t always working and there was no AC because of the time of year. It was quite warm while we were there so it did make the rooms a bit stuffy. We had also gone up to have a drink at the bar but found out it was only staffed at specific times. We ended up going out instead. All in all, on ok place."
