"My problem with Hotel 38 was the lack of amenities. I have stayed in similar sorts of compact type rooms in New York but this one went overboard on being under equipped. No coffee machine, refrigerator, or drawers. But, at least they can bring a mini fridge to your room? Nope. I was offered the use of the staff fridge down on the lobby level floor.
