Honestly it has been the best experience my husband and I ever had in a hotel. Everything in the place was beautiful and super clean, the room was spacious and so cozy, the staff very nice and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the cherry on top was the shuttles to the airport every 30 minutes. Actually Everything was just perfect👌. I will recomend this hotel to anybody who needs a place to stay at Newark.

The room was clean and the staff at the desk were very efficient. We had a room facing the airport and they moved us because it wasn’t ready and I specifically said we wanted a room to see the airport. We were out in a corner overlooking the pool and there was no outside view. The pool was warm enough but the outside air was so cold that difficult to swim with a toddler. Very convenient to the airport s d clean.

The reason that you stay at this hotel or the others is that it’s close to the airport. This is not a spa hotel. The restaurant in the lobby is poor. But the breakfast bistro 128 is very good. The carpets need to be cleaned. Paint is coming off of the trim. The beds? Fabulous with high thread count sheets. We slept well, and when traveling you need that. Also $30-Bucks a day parking is a rip.

Check-in was quick but can go by faster if you have Hilton Honors. Pool was great despite chilly weather. Room was clean and smelled good. Elevator tends to take long in the mornings due to incoming guests. Vending machines have great options and they also offer medicine if you have a headache, all you need is to take the elevator down.

I really liked the hotel amenities, I do feel the rooms are overdue for a Reno. Maybe a TV with Streaming Service; redo the ceiling and bathroom seem to have signs of extreme water damage. No true Room service, you have to go down to the bar and pick it up. Really convenient to have restaurants, gym, grab and go snacks, big pool, but the redoing or renovating the room and bathroom would give it a much higher rating amongst other guest. Shuttle was convenient besides the one time it left me and another guest. Would most likely stay again for the price

We had an outstanding stay. Definitely recommend this hotel. Hotel shuttle was great and the breakfast was definitely worth it Cleaning and hotel staff were exceptional friendly Pool and fitness Center was great and the lounge and restaurant was a great place to hang out and unwind, especially if you didn’t want to leave the hotel after a busy day
