Il est très bien placé, au calme tout en étant proche de toutes commodités.Sophie et Pierre sont super gentils, accueillant, discret mais tout de suite présent si on a besoin. "It was a lovely stay in this holiday home, near the bars, restaurants and shops of St. Luce. Although a lot of the spots seems permanently closed (due to the Covid crisis of the last years?). The house offers a panoramic view on the environment and the sea of St. Luce and has a nice tropical garden with an amazing swimming pool. It indeed even seems better than at the site pictures... :-) There are two nice climatized rooms and a 'tropical' style atmosphere in the living room and the parlor......

"This is actually a good place, but it lacks renovations, and there are little holes here and there obviously allowing pests to come in. We had giant roaches(!) in one of the bathrooms for two consecutive nights with the host not doing anything about them, so that we moved out. Needless to say: we want our money back."

"Lovely garden and stunning views. Practical house that is very comfortable. Little pool that is great for cooling down. Very private even though there are other houses on the property. The road from Bellefontaine, even though it is steep, is no problem at all. We drove a Citroën C1 automatic. Automatic gear is recomended! "Pool area was great but for the first, three days, there was green algae on the bottom of the pool. That should have been addressed prior to our arrival. House was clean and well-equipped. Garden around house was not maintained well. "

"I would definitely recommend this villa as a place to stay when looking to experience Martinique. The photos and description are good representations of the property; both Tania (the host) and Marie Ange (the support on property) are responsive, helpful and very nice to deal with. Both Le Francois and Vauclin are short drives and have everything you need. Beautiful beaches like Les Salines and St Anne are easy drives to the south and Tartane is an easy drive to the north. "

"Superb location in a nice small town. Well equipped, lots of space. Great to be right on the beach boardwalk. Great place for kids to play as well as the beach. Street behind the house is at times quite noisy with vehicle traffic. Very safe."
