"Villa trés belle et bien placée géographiquement.La vue est magnifique et la villa bien équipée.Avec 7 personnes un deuxième jeu de clef et télécommande du portail auraient été les bienvenus.Grande piscine trés agréable.L'organisation de la remise des clefs à l'arrivée et au départ: impécable !"

"It was a lovely stay in this holiday home, near the bars, restaurants and shops of St. Luce. Although a lot of the spots seems permanently closed (due to the Covid crisis of the last years?). The house offers a panoramic view on the environment and the sea of St. Luce and has a nice tropical garden with an amazing swimming pool. It indeed even seems better than at the site pictures... :-) There are two nice climatized rooms and a 'tropical' style atmosphere in the living room and the parlor......

"Lovely garden and stunning views. Practical house that is very comfortable. Little pool that is great for cooling down. Very private even though there are other houses on the property. The road from Bellefontaine, even though it is steep, is no problem at all. We drove a Citroën C1 automatic. Automatic gear is recomended! We would definately come back and recommend CouleurManguier.com"

"The listing accuracy was excellent. Was a perfect place to relax in and also a great location to explore the area. Lorisa was fabulous and on hand to answer any questions. We would definitely recommend this villa!"

"Pool area was great but for the first, three days, there was green algae on the bottom of the pool. That should have been addressed prior to our arrival. House was clean and well-equipped. Garden around house was not maintained well. "

"I would definitely recommend this villa as a place to stay when looking to experience Martinique. The photos and description are good representations of the property; both Tania (the host) and Marie Ange (the support on property) are responsive, helpful and very nice to deal with. Both Le Francois and Vauclin are short drives and have everything you need. Beautiful beaches like Les Salines and St Anne are easy drives to the south and Tartane is an easy drive to the north. "

"La personne qui s’occupe de la villa, Caroline, a été super du début à la fin. Belle villa et emplacement, mais nous avons eu une évasion de cafards et nous avons dû quitter avant la fin de notre séjour malgré nous. Les propriétaires n’ont rien voulu savoir de nous rembourser ces 3 nuitées, nous avons eu une minime compensation. C’est impensable sachant qu’un exterminateur est venu la journée qu’on a quitté vu qu’il ne pouvait pas avant. "
