"The Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi was absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want. The front desk staff was outstanding and accommodating. The spa services were among the best I've ever had. The Pearl Lounge had a wonderful menu and the patio overlooking the beach was perfect. Every single staff member I encountered was professional, kind, eager to ensure a great experience. Pricing was very reasonable, location is great, views are great. I will definitely return!"

"The Staff and Service was GREAT but the Hotel itself, although it appears it’s been remodeled, is based on older style of floor plans and interior design. The bathroom layout and features were not in the greatest condition and the plumbing and air conditioning systems could be heard through the walls very loud. The amenities onsite and across the street, ie beach and pool/gym/spa, make it worth it and I would still return."
