"Check in was very easy . Lodge was superbly clean and very pleasently laid out and prepared hats off to the host .Only thing id mention as going by the pictures i assumed it was the whole lodge pictured wene was only half but was plentyful for me and my wife .Already planning a 2nd trip with the bigger lodge If your looking definatly book "

"We spent 4 nights at this lodge between 28Dec-1Jan and it was excellent. From check in to check out the process was seamless and we had everything we needed. Lodge was cozy, clean and warm and the bathrooms had actually been updated so were newer and nicer than the pics. Area was lovely and quiet. Had a carvery at the Cider barn restaurant about 5 min drive away and we drove into Weston Super Mare (20 mins) and got wristbands for the pier and did ice skating. They have activities on site which...

"Staff were all extremely kind and helpful. Although l don’t have a disabled car parking badge, my mobility is rather limited. We were offered to park in the small car park directly behind the hotel. There is no extra charge for parking, even in the adjacent multi-storey car park. We were also given a ground floor room with a large walk in shower. There were plenty of towels and a bath robe supplied. There only downside to the room was the very poor level of lighting. It was not sufficient. Unable to just have bedside lights on (which were not really bright enough for reading) and the lights could only be controlled from one side of the huge bed or by the door. Breakfasts were very good, with a wide range of choices from the buffet. The hotel is opposite Cabot Circus shopping complex with a wide choice of shops and chain restaurants."
