"I recently stayed at this hotel and what first started out to be what I thought was going to be a wonderful trip turned out to be a nightmare!! First at check in the receptionist was unpleasant. In my room the shower was clogged so the water would not drain making it difficult and very unpleasant to shower. I asked for someone to come fix it and they never came. Also the tv was messed up the remotes didn't work. They also failed to mention anything to me about parking so either they provided parking or not. There was no visible sign pointing to designated parking lot or no parking signs out front. So as a customer and tourist I naturally assumed that the hotel would disclose upfront anything to do with parking rules and regulations. As a result of the hotels neglegents and lack of communication to a paying customer. I awoke the next morning to a parking ticket as well as a locking device placed on the tire of my vehicle which was parked in front of the hotel. It was the Absolute worst experience I've ever had in Tijuana. I had to go to a police station wait to be seen by a Judge to pay a fine and have the boot taken off my vehicle. It absolutely ruined my trip. I Do Not Recommend this Hotel to Anyone.. "
