I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Velario. The location was perfect—close to everything and just a short distance from the border. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. It felt safe and well-managed, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tijuana

Mean when I got to my room the battery for the lock ran out but the staff helped out and we’re understanding. They were all helpful tho right my stay and when I left even helped by calling a cab for me, bout to come back to the same hotel because the food was also very good.

Decent room for the price. They let me check in early so that was kind of them. However I didn't have any bath mat in room, the room had issues with wall outlet not being at easily accessible location and I prefer it to have been a bit quieter then it was. All that thing said it was reasonable and I would recommend for a non picky person. Don't come expecting a 4-5 star level treatment. This is not that. I would still return for a quick 1-3 day trip

Very clean and organized hotel. Staff are warm and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. Very safe and quiet hotel with a secured private parking lot for the guest. I will definitely return. Special thanks to David on the night shift. Also special thanks to the maintenance guy with tattoos. I don’t know his name but he is very friendly and helpful with all my hotel requests
