"Very friendly staff and breakfast had good selection! We had a flight at 7 and had to leave the hotel at 5am. We thought there was going to be no staff but luckily a guy was there to help us and had called us a taxi that arrived in 2 minutes. Room was nice and always cleaned everyday. We were left with cookies :)"

"Absolutely loved our stay here. Very safe walk to downtown Florence, approx 25 min walk along the river. They also offer free shuttle service which is nice. Great spa with included access to indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommend."

Our room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also the lady that works breakfast and the 2 ladies who work the front desk at night were outstanding. "
