"The apartment was advertised--beautiful architecture, lovely and clean decor, a very well appointed flat in a beautiful and well-maintained building. The renovations were very well done and the property manager is wonderful! There is plenty of closet space, the shower is spacious with great water pressure, and there is A/C if you need it. I wish I had planned a longer stay! I look forward to returning."

"Great location, clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly host."

"Absolutely LOVED our stay at this property and didn’t want to leave! The apartment was bigger than expected, and had everything we could ask for. The grounds are so beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Highly recommend and hope to return for an extended stay on my next trip to Italy!"

"Very close to the famous duomo. PRO: lots of restaurants nearby and tons of shops. You can easily just go to a restaurant in front of the place and see the duomo. There is a washer and lots of hangers which is convenient if you are staying a few days. Shampoo and soup are provided as well as towels. Bed is big. Living room area is decent and kitchen is well stocked. CON: trouble with check in because of communication problems, i waited an hour outside. Make sure to add their WhatsApp, it's...

"We had an excellent stay at Florence Art Apartments, definitely the highlight of our accommodations in Europe! We were met for check-in by Sophia, who was warm and kind, and she provided us with some local recommendations. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet, yet so close to everything we wanted to do Florence! Would recommend and definitely would stay again!"

"The property is beautiful and location excellent"

"The entrance was dark and dirty. The room was dirty and less than basic. The room did not feel secure. We met another who was afraid at entrance. We helped her get into her room."
