"Great little villa and wonderful hosts. Lots of helpful advise and suggestions too. Do visit the beach club if it’s on offer and definitely visit the brewery / restaurant up the hill. Close enough for the beach and pisa and lucca and Florence. Highly recommended "

"We stayed in apartment Falco which has great views over the valley.The apartment is exactly as listed,well equipped and spotlessly clean.It is perfectly placed for visiting all the top Tuscan towns and there are numerous local restaurants within easy reach. Fabio and Annemarie are wonderful hosts and we will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Fabio's apartment. It has a lovely view, the area is very quiet and about half an hour up the small mountain road. We were lucky to have the entire house to ourselves because the other two apartments were vacant at the time. The old appliances give the place a unique character that we found charming. The last day it rained a lot and the kids started shivering because temperatures dropped. Fabio went out of his way to provide us with electric heating for the night....

"Dès notre arrivée la piscine était hors service, la propriétaire à tout de même fait tout son possible pour que nous puissions en profiter. La piscine a été fonctionnelle qu’au bout de 3 jours. La propreté du logement est médiocre, toile d’araignée, nid de guêpe dans la chambre, brosse à toilette très sale. Odeur de fosse septique ainsi qu’odeur d’humidité. TV hs. Le chemin pour se rendre au logement est chaotique. Le rapport qualité prix n’y était pas du tout. Nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié...

"We had a lovely holiday (family with 5 kids, age 11 to 23), peaceful and quiet and with the option to go out for a good meal nearby. Culture and swimming to be found with a car ride of 20 min, a beautiful mountain lake for swimming and nice little towns. Lucca and other more touristic places are a bit further, still good to do by car. The house and garden are spacious with all you need for a relaxing holiday. Nice addition is the separate part of the house which contains a bedroom, a bathroom...

"The cottage is wonderful for getting away from it all. Comfy bed, wifi, brilliant host, a varied selection of wildlife and animals! The location is really off the beaten track, the last road to the parking is very narrow with tight bends. We walked down the ancient path to the medieval bridge a couple of times, steep but great views. Very peaceful place, thoroughly recommended."
