"This hotel was hopping with guests. I figured maybe a cruise was departing. It was a crazy long walk to our room for 2 seniors."

"Great location in the middle of the French Quarter and easy access to lots of fun activities. Noisy outside late into the night. The rooms with balconies and windows on the front side of the hotel do not block the noisy people partying in the streets. Hotel had great vibes, it’s old and has a lot of great character."

"Had to kill 3 bugs. That many stars hotel, bugs should be no where. I am from the area and I do understand the buildings are old so did not complain."

"The hotel's beds and furniture were damaged and dirty. The door had a gap and it appeared to have been kicked in. The room had bugs. I observed the front desk manager trying to catch a cockroach with a sheet of paper while she had a line of guest. I definitely did not feel safe in this hotel."

"Front desk staff (Joseph) very helpful...room selection, with local restaurant recommendations proved to be spot on. Breakfast buffet the next morning simple and easy. Room was spacious and very comfortable and checkout a breeze. Highly recommend. DMN "

"This property is good is pass thru for one night. Not comfortable at all if you stay more nights. I wanted to check out after one terrible night and they didn’t want me to do an early checkout. Terrible staff attention. "
