"The hotel's beds and furniture were damaged and dirty. The door had a gap and it appeared to have been kicked in. The room had bugs. I observed the front desk manager trying to catch a cockroach with a sheet of paper while she had a line of guest. I definitely did not feel safe in this hotel."

"This property is good is pass thru for one night. Not comfortable at all if you stay more nights. I wanted to check out after one terrible night and they didn’t want me to do an early checkout. Terrible staff attention. "

"We stayed in room 2104 which has a Bourbon Street Balcony. The room was cozy and the noise from Bourbon Street is loud but is what you would expect. The balcony was perfect for people watching and enjoying the live music and dj’s from the venues directly across the street. Some would say the room is dated because of older bathroom design but overall the room was clean and located in the middle of it all. The staff was very attentive and polite. Check in and out was fast. Overall great place to stay and enjoy the French Quarter. "
