"Everything was excellent and I would recommend it to stay. Excellent location, about 20 minutes walk to centre of old town. Found some wonderful restaurants behind the hotel. (NK kitchen and le vie en meigui. And the main street food area is next to the hotel."
"We had a very pleasant stay overall. For a refurbished property, the room was impressively clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The views were beautiful too—whether facing the city or the sea, both offered a lovely backdrop to our stay.
The staff throughout the hotel were warm, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Their hospitality was genuinely appreciated.
We slept very well for most of our stay. However, on our final night, there were recurring loud sounds coming from the water piping system between approximately 1am and 3am. I’m not certain of the cause, but it was noticeable enough to disrupt our sleep. It may be worth having the piping checked.
The pool area was pleasant and enjoyable. One small suggestion would be to have staff make occasional rounds to monitor tidiness and safety around the pool. There were quite a few crows around during our visit, and they seemed rather interested in guests’ belongings left on the sunbeds.
Breakfast was another highlight—generous in variety and well-prepared. I would happily recommend it, especially for guests looking to avoid the more tourist-oriented prices around the Gurney Drive area while still enjoying a satisfying meal.
Overall, it was a great stay with excellent value, comfortable accommodations, and wonderful service. With a little attention to the unusual water piping noise, the experience would have been even better."
"Lovely, spacious and luxurious room with water dispensers provided. Very helpful staff, easy access to food and tourist sights and enjoyed the stay a lot!"
"The view was great. The swimming pool was scenic. You are not to far from some of the towns attractions. The breakfast options is one of the best i've had. Felt like I was having dinner for breakfast at times."
"Excellent location for visiting Georgetown historic sights - easily walkable. Nice comfortable twin room, modern design. Clean roof top pool with views of harbour. Good choice for breakfast."
"Great and personalised service. My parents enjoyed their stay. The hotel messed up a bit with their pick up service but then recovered the experience extremely well. Strongly recommend. Hotel staff such as Ummi, Maiyuri and many others made it a pleasant stay."
"The pool is nice the signs to go to the gym are poor there is a shanty rundown former spa area that needs to be sealed off
The bathrooms have unexpected ridges tripping hazard
Breakfast area is chaotic"
