The hotel staff service was efficient and excellent. The room was very clean and amenities were well kept. It is also convenient for shopping and local food tasting as Penang Road, Komtar and other shopping places are all within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. There are lots of restaurants just steps outside of this hotel including half block of food stalls on street at night. This hotel also offers free shuttle to few local attractions from Friday to Sunday (need to book in advance). I will definitely stay here again.
