Extremely glad that we chose this hotel on this trip to Penang. Room was very nice clean and with lovely sea view. All the staff especially at the club were extremely nice, warm, helpful and very friendly thus made our stay welcoming. There is one staff in particular that stands out is Mr Samson from the club lounge. Thank you. Breakfast and cocktail food and drinks were very good clean and very well presented.

I booked and requested two rooms on the same floor. However, there was no response to my messages sent via Hotels.com or to my emails to the loyalty manager. Upon check-in, the counter staff were initially unaware of my request, but they were helpful and managed to arrange both rooms on the same floor.
