"The room was clean and the staff was great!"

"Juno Beach is a lovely, laid back beach. The hotel is across the street from beach access. There is a beautiful walking path along the ocean if you like to jog/walk. The pool at the hotel is a nice size and it was heated! The day we were there was chilly. Breakfast was really good! Hot items like scrambled eggs, pre-made omelets, biscuits with sausage gravy, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc. The hotel provides beach chairs, towels and even bikes at no charge! Hotel is within walking distance to several eateries. Juno beach is very chill, unlike more built up and busy Ft Lauderdale, which we enjoyed. The hotel itself provides fine enough amenities. We were on ground floor with a patio but a large hedge was there so you couldn’t see anything. I understand privacy but I wouldn’t have minded a view of the pool. I do not believe the hotel has an ocean view. Would have loved a hot tub but knew there wasn’t one. Staff was friendly especially at breakfast and the clientele were as well"

"My biggest concern was the room opened to the outside world. There were no interior rooms available. I was most uneasy over that. The room overall was acceptable although the bathroom was extremely small. And there were water stains on the ceiling which were concerning. However, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful--especially the two ladies assisting with the breakfast buffet. They were quietly efficient and most helpful The location was perfect for our needs. "

"Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn. "
