"The staff was friendly. The view was awesome. The hotel is definitely beat up. Remodeling is over due. Our room could have been cleaner."

"We enjoyed our 1-room villa to rest and relax after a week long cruise. The proximity to SeaWorld was the primary reason we chose this property. We were pleasantly surprised by the space and amenities of our villa unit. Its basically a 1-BR apartment with a kitchen, dining table, living room, separate bath and shower with jacuzzi tub, as well as a washer and dryer. We did not get a chance to enjoy the on-site amenities, but they looked fun."

"We arrived during a power outage that affected the building we were staying in. After waiting two hours we requested a room in a building that had power. We reserved an ocean front balcony and moved to beach view no balcony. They told us we would lose the balcony but I did not know they would charge us for a balcony room. Not fair!"

"The view was amazing, staff at the restaurant for buffet included was great! But, cleaning and bathroom supplies was terrible?!? The lady did not speak English or clean"
