The room itself was okay, but it did have a noticeable mildew smell. I do want to recognize the front desk receptionist, who was very polite, professional, and apologetic about the situation and the lack of disclosure. As a guest, I expect better transparency and standards from Marriott, as this is not typically the experience associated with your brand."
