"Very friendly staff and excellent rooms with a view"

"The person that checked us in was very welcoming, we were given a bottle of wine as we chose the eco option due to staying two nights. The foyer, lifts and corridor to our room were clean, clutter free and well decorated. Our room was spacious, clean and very welcoming, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Everything in the bathroom was immaculate and the hand soap etc was great quality. We had a great nights sleep, the room was a great temperature and the curtains kept the streetlight out. We went to the bar both nights and the staff there were also great, the choice and quality of the drinks were great too. We’d definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Beautiful facility. Very short walk to the terminal. Recommend staying here the night before you fly as traffic is terrible in Bristol right now. We had supper and breakfast (breakfast included with stay) and both were high quality. Every staff interaction was friendly and professional. Good selection at the bar. Room was modern and very comfortable . Great shower. Would highly recommend."

"Very poor. Heating not working phone broken, room very cold.Given a very small oil heater not much use at all. Requested blankets twice! Had to go to reception! Eventually povided an extra duvet. Staff surly and did not seem to care at all. No offer of any compensation for a terrible night in this place."

"Stayed at the EasyHotel in Cardiff for a night while we were out in the city. The room was small, but that’s exactly what we expected when booking, and it suited our needs perfectly for a short stay. It was clean, the bed was really comfy, and it did the job as a place to sleep after a night out. No complaints at all—great option if you just need a simple, affordable place for one night. "
