The biggest problem was hearing everything in the hallway and above us. One night. It sounded like the upstairs guest was rearranging the furniture. "

"Upon arrival I wanted a shower. The shower in my room was so tiny that water splashed out all over the bathroom and flooded the floor. When I reported it to the staff, they graciously upgraded my room to a much better space. The staff was stellar always helpful with suggestions and answering questions. The on-site parking is pretty expensive, but right next-door is a P3 lot that was very reasonable. Good location with views of the bay and walking distance to many great restaurants."
