"The hotel is very basic. The rooms are “tired”, in need renovation. The lighting both in the room itself and bathroom is very poor. Other than the pool area, the hotel does not have nice/ comfortable seating or hang out areas. The breakfast was also basic and the food quality can certainly be improved. The reception shuts down completely at 10 so if you have an issue after that time, you are out of luck. The rules about room keys are prohibitive - you only get 2 keys (even if you are 4 people in the room), m and if you lose one you have to pay $20!! The pool area has some thermal water pools but it is generally poorly lit at night after 6, so you cannot really use most of them. We did not enjoy the experience and vibe at this hotel. "

"Loved the walking trail and landscaping. The whole property was very pleasant to walk around. We saw many beautiful birds. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor bar. There is an excellent soda, and a convenience store a short distance away."

"Hot springs are amazing. Grounds are beautiful allow at least an hour to walk around. Hotel charged us for someone else’s drink but they fixed it. Highly recommend "

"Self parking available, the staff were super nice friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely organized and maintained. The only thing was the internet was slow and may be upgraded the tv package so it would have a better programming . Overall we love the place, had a great stay and would definitely come back. "
