This resort was amazing. The hotel staff were so friendly, we loved all of the pools, loved the spa and restaurants. The view of the volcano was amazing from our room. We celebrated our 25th anniversary here and it could not have been better. They upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of wine. The massage I had here was the best I’ve ever had. I would definitely stay here again!

The pools were beautiful as was the view of the volcano from our room. The staff were all so kind & friendly. Tony Castro, one of the waiters was exceptional as well as Byron at the front entrance.
