"Good stay. Weird incident on the last day. Had gone to a meeting and left my luggage in the room. At 10:45 got in elevator to go up to my room and grab my stuff. Card was disabled so I had to go to the front desk to get a new card. She asked me if I had requested a late check-out and I said no, but isn’t check-out at 11? Sure is, so had to explain why I left my belongings in the room even though I was well within my check-out time. Just a hassle so gave the staff 4 stars"

"The hotel itself is quite old and run down, but very clean and the staff is amazing, so was worth the stay! The first room was in the motel sectiom and sketchy to say the leadt, but was clean. The person next door had at least 2 dogs. One large and one small, who were barking like crazy. We had our girl as well, who was freaked out from all the noise. The phone also did not work in that room.The girl that took care of us accomodated our moms needs and upgraded us to a main floor suite with 2 queens instead of 2 doubles so we could get a good nights sleep. The A/C did not work, so we had to sleep with the windows open, which was a bit scary. The area is near downtown with a lot of homeless around. Sketchy area. If you have a dog, dont walk behind the hotel... theres a lot of broken glass."

"This property is showing its age. Disappointed with the advertisement of free breakfast to only learn you have to pay for eggs and beacon. Room was outdated and maintenance lacked to keep the room fresh. Placed concern with staff of kids running through the hallways at late and early morning hours and it was never addressed. Exterior of building had a lot of trash and food plates left out. Very disappointed with this property. "

"I have stayed here a week in August , October and now March staying with my siblings that are in the hospital. It is so nice having a clean, quiet place close to the hospital. I love their breakfast in the mornings. "

"This a great place to stay and we always enjoy the rooms. The only challenge we have is it's next to a busy road. Always stay on third floor and back corner opposite of the Circle K store "

"The king room with bubble tub was poorly clean. Corners to plastic packages on the floor, other dirt lile hair and dust throughout the room and hair in the tub. I had blankets in the car and a pillow so i just laid those down to sleep as we were too exhausted to ask for a change of room. Staff would have given me a new room if i asked, I'm sure, but I didnt have the energy or patience today. The layout of the room was very uncomfortable as well.. the couch faces the mirror instead of the tv... not sure id book again!"
