"Previous multiple visits have been superior in all respects. This most recent stay was diminished due to a hair and debris clog in the bathroom sink. However, staff did respond to my complaint immediately. All other hotel features remained superior, which included front desk staff and especially Stacy Ann in the restaurant. I also commended the restaurant manager for the hospitality, excellent menu, and food. The hotel has consistently served as a home away from home during our business trips to Cheyenne. We look forward to our next business trip in two weeks."

"Was very disappointed that they do not accept cash for payment on anything. A little frustrating when you’re on a trip and you have money saved and you can’t use it.
