"Quite frankly this was an amazing place to stay. Customer service was second to none. We stayed in a Superior Room. It was clean and comfortable. The only problem was that the elevator was broken. Our room was on the 4th floor. After walking 20,000+ steps in Edinburgh during the day, climbing 4 flights of steps is tough. That being said, I would still stay here again, it was that awesome. Oh…and did I mention location…."

"We got an early check in which was fantastic for us. Check in staff very friendly and also the egg station chef was friendly. The room was clean and adequate. The Hotel itself was also clean and in a great location for visiting the new town and old town. Only 1 thing Negative to mention that didn't personally effect us as we were up early and ready to go for Breakfast. Currently there is some kind of building work or maintenance going on. They started what sounded like a pavement cutter at around 6:30AM. I'm sure they just did it for a laugh between themselves. Anyhow like I say it didn't effect us as we were ready and getting dressed and packing. Just be aware of this if your booking"
