"Information online about the spa is misleading. Upon arrival staff struggled to provide accurate information and signage was not helpful which meant I was late for my massage appointment despite arriving 15 min early. My 60 min massage was therefore much shorter. The paths to the hot tub are not adequately maintained in the winter and the tiny sauna was not well heated. It was also full of gravel tracked in by previous guests. Not at all what I expect from a Holtz Spa. "

"Great hotel for families, lots of activities onsite. Cozy reception area with log fire. Friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was a little dated and could use an upgrade for sure, but enjoyed the charm of it nonetheless. The brunch was excellent. The only downside was the pool area and pool water was cold, I did not enjoy it. It didn’t bother my kids though. "
