"The hotel staff were great, the check in and out process was super easy, the location was amazing. The hotel is pretty and old, bare bones and basic. We visited in April/May and the a/c wasn't quite enough, it might be pretty hot in the summer. Overall, the stay was very nice."

"You get what you pay for! It’s not too bad of a room if you just need somewhere to sleep for your trip! People greeting in the front were excellent! As for the front desk, check in and out was smooth but we asked for an iron and never got it. AC were a lil iffy, the ac wouldn’t run and even if you try to leave it running it would automatically put itself in auto mode no matter what, so in the middle of the night the room would get hot!"

"Didn’t buy the breakfast option, as we typically like a lighter bf. There are so much around, we found we liked to try different bakeries to eat a light bf to start our day. The view was beautiful, we didn’t hear any of the outside construction or traffic. Our room was spacious enough for 3 adults. My only thing was that the pillows weren’t to my liking, but we managed. The staff was super nice. "

"From the moment I walked in the doors, the staff were attentive and welcoming. A big benefit of staying at the Fairmont is not only the prime location and stunning rooms, but the staff are incredible. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful, welcoming, helpful folks throughout. Great location ( especially if, like us, you’re attending an event at MSG). The room was tiny, however, that is normal in many NYC hotels so it was not unexpected. Beds were very comfortable"

"Lovely staff and very helpful. Located in a nice clean area and close to Times Square. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed (besides a broken iron but they gave us a new one!). Loved the vibes of the hotel as well and very decent price. Worth the stay and would come again!"
