"Hotel was well maintained, and had great views from the higher floors. We aware that the “exterior rooms” were not as well maintained and are not disability accessible. The hot tub and sauna were also well maintained. We were able to walk to anything we wanted without issues, and felt very close! The parking is a bit small, but was still manageable."

"Hot tub and pool kept getting shut down and re opened., something about the filter/pump. Over crowded and just plain dirty when open. Was here yearssss ago and it was way better. Out dated. No cleaning services for less than 2 nights stay (eco friendly). Beds were ok. Slept well. BUT I'd say it's good price point for location if you want to be close to the hill. "

"The place is great for all ages. My kids loved the wolf hunting and other paws pass activities! Recommend for family with bigger kids since the water park slides are challenging for little kids."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The off site parking was safe. We upgraded to a Presidential suite with an amazing view of the Canadian and American falls. We took a day trip to Niagara on the Lake. This was a 30th wedding anniversary trip. Lovely place to celebrate. Highly recommend this hotel! "
