From the coffee and treats in the special access room in the morning (and throughout the day), to our comfortable bed at the end of a long day of exporation, we loved our Mexico City home at the Gran and would go back in a heartbeat."

"A quiet and stylish retreat from the surrounding bustle. The hotel was comfortable and offered good (though somewhat limited) services. It’s in the midst of a busy and somewhat chaotic section of San Jose, but it manages to offer relaxation and calm. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The room TV did not offer any streaming options, only cable TV. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "
