"This hotel was very "White Lotus" in the best way. It is luxurious and immaculate. Our room had an amazing view of Lake Lugano that took my breath away. The staff was helpful and attentive; they arranged a shuttle to pick us up at the train station and also to bring us into town for a dinner reservation. "Excellent stay. Gorgeous property, service is world class. Made our entire stay - highly recommend. I looked at several other luxury hotels in Lugano and so glad I chose this one. The view is truly unbelievable. We stayed in the panoramic room and it was amazing, we didn’t even want to leave the room. The fine dining restaurant was tremendous, best meal we had during our stay. 5 stars "
