Hotel with a Concierge in Kentucky from AED 419

"Overall the stay was good. Parking was too expensive so looked for alternatives near by. The first night we tried the restaurant downstairs and the service was not great. We were a larger group, but there was only one other couple there to be served. We waited a long time for just getting a menu and it took quite awhile for the food. There was only one person working as server and cook. The other issue that some of us had was not getting everything refreshed in the room...like cups, tea/coffee...I had requested a blanket which never did show up. Other than that, all was good. Staff other than the restaurant was helpful and friendly."

"The wait to check in was over an hour long! We stayed on the 8th floor, and with one working elevator the line to get out of the building was long and slow."
