"The price was outrageous for this property. The parking was $36.00 per day even though we parked it ourselves . There was no assistance at all on Friday with the valet helping get our items in. I charged more than what was quoted. The Refrigerator did not keep our food cold and the ice machine was gone. Prior to calling I called about a late check in and was put on hold three times and hung up on. This was a horrible experience and I will never use the property again . It was a disappointment."

"I received above and beyond help from Alecia at the front desk in very stressful for the staff circumstances! She took care of me when I was not hopeful and I really appreciated it!"

And then when he did take my drink order he took other orders and then had to run around and find their bottle of wine, etc while I waited some more for a simple drink. And yes I was there before them."
