"Even though it was spring break and there were like 1,235 kids there, breakfast and the evening snacks were well stocked. And the three adult beverages were very much appreciated. Staff was attentive and kept their cool. "

"Parking lot/sidewalks had not been cleared and were very slippery and dangerous. Requested an extra pillow and was told they didn't have any extras, even though there were only a few cars in the lot, so they clearly weren't full. Staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to be helpful. Overall condition of the hotel isn't great. Works for a quick night before a flight, but wouldn't stay here for more than that."

"The gym has all the heavy weights 35 lbs and up 1 5 lb and 1 20 lb?? The waterpark is only open on the weekends if i wouldve known this i wouldn't have booked it during the week this needs to be told to other travelers as others during my stay complaining about this. The bfast didnt have waffles nor several options. Went somewhere else due to this. There is also no treadmill in gym"
