The problem was Hotels.com took my points, took my money from credit card, then didn't communicate the reservation to the hotel. And there was no one to call to get it straightened out. "You get what you pay for here. A place to sleep when you have been on the road all day. We were there for a friday and saturday nights so the place was packed. Our adjoining room had kids screaming and running around and the traffic sounds are really loud. your best bet is to get a room on the back side of the hotel rather than the side facing the highway. "
