"Room was nice & clean. Friendly staff. Hotel is right downtown which is convenient but also attracts a young clientele so it’s rowdy. I was awake from 2:30 am & on due to 2 rooms of very loud parties. Not a lot of soundproofing so you can hear everything. Hotel staff did what they could but they ended up having to call the police. "

And was very unwilling to work with me to solve my issue, or even explain why it wasn't possible to resolve my issue. "
