"This area of Bergamo is amazing and you are in the center of the upper city at this hotel. The staff was over and beyond at welcoming guests. The accommodations are wonderful. A mix of the old of the structure with some modern fixtures and conveniences. Very clean and and the breakfast was perfect. So close to many restaurants and stores. Plus the views from the upper city to the lower are magnificent. "

"Hotels.com tells you to contact the hotel before arrival. We did but this led only to confusion. Just book and show up during check-in hours. The hotel parking was fully booked so we parked across the street at a reasonable price. The staff were all nice and friendly. Our room had a nice size and we had a wonderful view over the lake.
