"This has been my dream hotel for so long! I am feeling sooo grateful that I got to stay here!! I was wowed from the very first moment I saw the hotel. I was greeted very warmly by the bellman and the greeters. Stephania, Natalia and Luka were so very kind. Stephania was more than helpful to me the entire stay. I came up a lot to ask questions and she handled them with grace!! I saw her throughout the property and she was sooooo nice and welcoming. I felt important there!! Thank you so so so...

"ممتاز الفندق وانصح به بشده"

"First time trying out a hostel. If I’m ever back in Milano, I will definitely be booking a stay here again. Free food, a free drink, super friendly staff & roommates. Only thing I would like added is curtains to the bunkers. Other then that 10/10"

"Chose it because it was near train station and had 4 stars. There was no hand/body cream in the room. I had to ask for it."

"أثاث قديم"

"Check out took 30 mins in line; loyalty points were not taken… Room is old"

"Perfect for a solo traveler. The breakfast was great."

"الموظفين متعاونين جداً والخدمات تقدم بسرعه وكفاءة. صراحة راح يكون خياري الاول للسكن في الدومو ❤️❤️"

"5 Stars !!!"

"Everything is fine except for the air conditioning, which either doesn't work or is very weak."

"Walking distance to Milan MALPENSA airport without going outside on the road from arrival hall. Need better signage from airport indicating the name of the Hotel. Some of the receptionist English is not up to par otherwise they are helpful. Breakfast is sumptuous and many varieties. Excellent food."

"Best hotel nice and clean. The staff was very nice clean beautiful"

"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."

"Everything was perfect except for lunch. Just bit too pricy for 2 ppl for €540 & foods & cooking quality just normal not fine dining. You can find more nice top quality restaurant near here with good price."

"جيده الى حدٍ ما للذي يملك سيارة ، بعيد عن الدومو ووسط ميلان"
