"Great service and space and view"

"The staff and environment was very welcoming to me. I was a solo female traveler and felt safe and comfortable. Food was good and hot springs were accessible and amazing. Only con I had was the walls were very thin in my walls and could hear the people next to me talk and walk around but ultimately didn’t keep me up! Would recommend!"

"Great customer service. I will be returning!"

"I didn’t want to leave! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the pre-check-in process and activity-planning support made our trip much easier. We loved the volcano view, lush gardens that provided plenty of privacy, convenient parking right outside our unit, and the relaxing thermal pool. The food was also very good. A wonderful stay overall."

"Room was spacious with a nice balcony although we had a parking lot view. The property was beautiful and all the pools-spa were worth the drive ."

"El personal fue muy atento , Pagamos 27 dólares por una noche y nos incluyeron el desayuno, verdaderamente para el precio supero nuestra expectativa, con piscinas de aguas termales, piscinas de agua dulce , sauna y botella de vino incluida con la reserva, pasa ser un pais caro este hotel superó nuestras expectativas"

"We staying in the hotel for my husband birthday, highly recommend!"

"Very clean"

"The property is absolutely beautiful, the views are stunning and the staff at the hotel were extremely accommodating. Every single meal was delicious and expertly presented. It couldn’t have been a better honeymoon location!"

"Absolutely amazing property. Such nice staff and everything was so clean and tidy. I really like that. There were multiple hot tubs instead of just one big hot tub, and the spa was really nice! I definitely suggest going in the off-season, it was quiet and very calm!"

"Perfect stay!! We loved the location, the food and drink and staff,"

"This place was amazing. The room was beautiful as were the views and the scenery! We even got the chance to see a sloth right outside of our balcony!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the free breakfast at Gecko’s every morning was a delicious bonus!!"
