"Check in is not easy. Can’t find the place. My reservation can’t be found and the reserved room is not available. I have to stay at other place which is not good. No bathroom tissue. No bottle water supplied. No shuttle bus service."

"Lovely two day stay at the Villa in Sanya, away from any crowds and a nice beachfront mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was quite good even if dinner on-site was more average, but quite close to downtown Sanya so plenty of local dining options within easy reach. Very pleasant little retreat!"
